1.What are some of the advantages of buying new things instead of fixing old things? Discuss different items and the advantages of buying the items new.

Nowadays, there are many advantages of buying new things instead of fixing the old things. First and foremost we can save our time and money to repaired it, secondly we can get better things when we buy the new one rather than fixing it,other than that the new things have warranty so if there are any problem we can sent back to the company.

To be honest, not all the things are better to buy new instead of fix it because some people feel that nothing can take over what they have bought for the first time, sometimes it means nostalgic to them. Mostly people do prefer to buy  new clothes, shoes and mobile phone. This happen because all that items are  not expensive rather than other items, like electronics items, furniture set or vehicle such as laptop, washing machine, sofa set and others. Apart from that, people can saves more on their money and time spending on fix it. The items such as clothes, shoes and mobile phone if sent to repaired it will not same as the first time we bought it, so better buy new one, futhermore there are lots of new clothes, shoes and mobile phone with low price and      variety fashion also in good quality nowadays and people will not regret to spend more money. 

As compared to the elctronics items, it need more precaution on handling it, if one of them broke down suddenly, people always think twicely to buy another one, so they prefer to  sent for repaired first although it will take time. Beside that people now are more demanding and they prefer the branded item, for them it better to buy the expensive items, because it more valueable for their money and satisfaction. The chepear electronics items sometimes did not have safety guarantee from SIRIM, so if the items broke down they have to buy it again with the same or higher price. 

In conclusion, there more advantages of buying new things instead of fixing it, but not all the things we can buy rather than fix it, because people will buy only the valueable items for their money and satisfaction, so they will not facing any problem later.

Think of new type of self-service technology. What are the benefits of this technology? What are the disadvantages or problems?

There are lots of self-service technology nowadays, examples soft drinks vending machine, self check scan, book drop machine, self- service ticket machine and others. All these technology help people to save times and fasten daily routine and also reduce traffic jammed, because we can get access into this service anywhere and everywhere, this service also built people to be independent and always be ready to do by themself. This technology also help people to increase their productivity as they can do more work in one time.

Instead of benefit on this technology, there are lots of disadvantages or problems that will happen, examples self-service ticket machine at train station, sometimes this technology not function properly and none of the technician fixed it. This problem will affect to the passenger who want to used the train, they have to queu up long just to buy a ticket. Beside that, most of this machine not accepted Malaysian new notes, so if we don’t have enough and correct notes we could not buy the tickets, and we should change first from other store. Futhermore, some of this machine only accepted the notes in good condition, but commonly not all our notes in good condition, than we should try more than one times just to buy a ticket. This should not happen because it will affect the mood of the passenger, and it will reduce number of passenger.

The other technology is book drop services, this technology helps student to returns their books without going to library, but this services also have their own disadvantages and problem. One of the problems is sometimes the machine could not detect the books that students return, this will cause problem to the students and the library. Because of this problem the student could not borrowed another book and they also facing debts with the library, so after they return the book they should check it with the librarian to make sure that the library get it. This service sometimes also not function properly, so students should go to the library counter to return the book. 

In conclusion, nowadays  even the technology take over and conquer all human works but it also needs human to controls and fixed them when they broke down, so let work together. 

Is it possible to be 100% honest in a relationship?

Before I proceed to my opinion, here are some quotes that I think we should think about~

In my opinion, there are pro and contras in being 100% honest ia a relationship, it is because not all people we can share anything about ourself. Being honest is also not simple as ABC, because we should think about others feeling and thought, but there are certain people that we can shared and be honest example to our parents, siblings, close friend, but other  than that we must beware.

Being honest especially to our parents is the important thing, but not all the things that should we share because we also need our privacy and sometimes we must look on our parents condition, example if our parents on bad mood, then we should not disturb them. In the other hand, siblings also the next person who we can be honest, but of course not all things, because sometimes people will be bored to hear our problem or anything that we want to share. To share and being honest to parent and sibling of course in important thing such as health problem, study problem and others, and some personal matter furthermore our parent and sibling are the close one to us in all situation.

Being 100% honest in other relationship should be thingking twicely as nowadays, people can back stab others, even your close friend, couple or husband and wife, so better to keep some trust and honest for yourself. In a nutshell we probably should not being 100% honest to others, half is enough as protection to ourself, more we shared with others the more we could get hurt, so just trust yourself and think positively.

Do you prefer to interact with people or with self-service machines? Why?

Self-service machines is when the business allows the customer to run the items through the register personally and pay without the intervention of the staff. Self-service machines is often seen in bank, soft drink machines and others  where customers do it personally, but it is also seen in stores around the country as well.
In my opinion, sometimes I feel like interact with self-services machines is more comfortable than interact with people. Why I said this because, sometimes people doesn’t act much on what people feels and being impolite to others, example when we deal with the person at the counter such as cashier or banker, sometimes  they don’t  even smile to the customer and  they didn’t greet people politely  when they not in a good mood, this situation made people feels upset to deal with them. In the other hand, when we interact with self-services machines, we just follow the instruction and do it with ourself and this will save our time, furthermore the longer the line in a store, the lower the customer satisfaction. Having self-service options opens up new lanes and prevents the customer from waiting for service. Interact  with self-services machines also help people to be independent and be ready, it is because they have to do it by themself. Interact with self-services machines also help people to increase their knowledge and skills in technology. In conclusion, in borderless world we should act fast and be alert on everythings around us, so self-services machines is one of the best way to interact wih.

How do you think the Internet can influence a song's popularity?

I think the Internet can influence a song’s popularity because when the new song had been release, the band or the singer will  preview it on YouTube or any website. People can hear and comment about the song, furthermore they also will suggest to their peers and share it on social networking site. Other than that, the internet also showed the gossip  or story that will increase the number of popularity especially about the band or the singer.  

Moreover, when people heard about the gossip , they will search about the band or the singer  to know the real story and soon they will know about  the band or the singer and follow their song. Influences on the internet also increasing the number of popularity because nowadays people always connected to the internet, they can online at anytime and anywhere, so they will always updated the latest song that been release. In conclusion, internet can influence  and increase a song’s  popularity because nowadays we are in borderless  world.

I think social networking sites are a good way to communicate with friends, it is because nowadays people loves  to communicates and socialize with people. Social networking also the easiest and fastest way to communicate and keep in touch with friends and family because we can just click everywhere at every time. Futhermore, there are many social networking sites that we can choose nowadays, such as Facebook, Twitter, Blog and others. 

In fact,Facebook is one of the most popular sites in world. Social networking sites are interactive and personal, beside that it also can help us to share photos, recipes, express our feeling, opinion,and tought. Other than that  we also can spread preach to others, especially to non-muslims this is the best way to let them understand our religion. Last but not least, we have to use the social networking sites in the best way so we can get benefit in using it.

The colour that affect me

I choose blue and purple colour because I do love this two colour. For me, purple colour give positive strength and make me feels comfortable, confident and it also can reduce my stress level while blue colour helps me to sleep well and refresh my mind.

 Futhermore,I also have a collection of purple and blue thing such as keychain,purse,clothes, bags,flower and also bedsheet that I bought and also present from my friends, when I went travelling or shopping I will bought at least a purple and blue thing  even the smaller one.
